AbMilega is a local business discovery platform operated in Rajasthan, India. It helps customers find and connect with vendors across categories such as wedding venues, event services, restaurants, hotels, salons, healthcare, education, and other local services.

AbMilega is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or booking between Users and Vendors.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law.

Users may search, browse, compare, and directly contact vendors through the Platform. AbMilega does not process bookings, contracts, or payments between Users and Vendors.

Vendors may create a business profile or Digital Showroom to showcase their business, services, pricing, photos, and contact information.

AbMilega may conduct basic verification checks on vendor-submitted details and documents, but this does not amount to a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement.

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not misuse, scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
• Not post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Directly assess and negotiate terms with vendors.

• Provide accurate, current, and non-misleading business information.
• Maintain all required licenses, permits, and registrations.
• Honor commitments made to users in good faith.
• Not list illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited services.
• Pay subscription fees on time where applicable.

Vendor plans such as Free, Growth, and Premium may be updated from time to time. Payments are processed through Razorpay, and AbMilega does not store card, UPI, or banking details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AbMilega is not liable for disputes, service quality, losses, injuries, damages, or transaction outcomes arising from user-vendor interactions.

The AbMilega name, logo, design, and platform technology belong to AbMilega. Vendor-submitted content remains the vendor’s property, but may be displayed by AbMilega during the listing period.

Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and free from abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content.

AbMilega may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or harmful conduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Add Rajasthan jurisdiction city will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
